Club Suzie Wong - 苏西黄
Introduction: Suzie Wong's is part 1930s Shanghai opium den and part postmodern lounge. Show up early to get one of the Ming Dynasty beds before the ravenous crowds arrive. Ample mixed drinks (featuring daiquiris and the "pineapplicious" lights of havana) are RMB 35, and beers go from RMB 25 up.
The second-floor dance area is a den of sweaty bodies on weekend nights-find relief on the outdoor patio.

Vics - 威克斯
Introduction: This dance behemoth has expended to wrap around DJs playind a mix of r&b, pop, soul, reggae and hip-hop at this club at the Workers' Stadium north gate (directly across from Mix). The crowd is similar to the regulars at the nearby Mix, albeit with a slightly more expat crowd. Every Wednesday is Ladies Night, with free drinks for the fairer sex till midnight.

Tango - 糖果
Introduction: Tango's first and larger location, at Yonghegong, is composed of three sections: a giant dance floor, a quieter lounge and a bar area where smaller music acts can be hosted. It also boasts an equally enormous club, Mango, on top and a cavernous KTV in the basement. The second location at Gongti Xilu is Tango's second location is a behemoth underground KTV city with 39 swanky private rooms and a free buffet.
